A bonus room on the first floor is a great space for an office, playroom, or possible guest bedroom. Upstairs are four bedrooms, two with walk-in closets, that share a full bathroom, the laundry room, and loft. The primary bedroom, with a walk-in closet, connects to a primary bathroom which includes dual vanities, a 5’ walk-in shower, and a linen closet. A covered porch sits off of the eat-in area and the lawn is fully sodded with an irrigation system.
